No, he’s announced he’s stepping down.
Carney is running to replace him as Liberal leader….which will automatically make him Prime Minister.
But we are due for an election sometime before October….and so far it looks like the Conservatives will win.
But the Trump tariff nonsense is turning folks away from the Cons (they like Trump), so who knows.
